Your comments and compliments please!

National Express welcomes observations, suggestions, and details of satisfaction (or dissatisfaction) you have experienced when travelling with us. We would also like to hear if a particular member of staff has provided you with exceptional service.

You can call the National Express number 0845 600 7245 and select Customer Relations to talk to one of our Customer Service Representatives. Comments and compliments forms

Forms are available at all our staffed stations. The Comments and Compliments forms are designed to provide us with the details we need to process and respond to your comments.

If you have a Passenger's Charter claim you may do so by submitting a prepaid delay repay claim card which gives us all the details necessary to process your claim. Full details are available from our Customer Relations Office and within the Passenger's Charter.

If, after contacting us, you are unhappy with the way your contact was handled, you may wish to seek the advice of a rail 'watchdog'. Passenger Focus and London TravelWatch represent the interests of rail passengers in our area; full details are available from our Customer Relations Office and within the Passenger's Charter. You can also pick up a copy of the Passenger's Charter at any of our staffed stations.
